At ChillFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our guidelines below regarding shipping, defects, and exchanges:

* **Shipping & Delivery:** We offer free shipping all over India. Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days.
* **Returns & Refunds:** We do not offer general returns or cash refunds. Only damaged or defective items are eligible for return. An unboxing video is strictly required as proof for any defective or damaged item claims.
* **Size Exchanges:** Size exchanges are available for a ₹200 exchange fee (which covers the reverse and forward delivery charges). The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. 
* **Important Note:** Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.
